So Love Autistic Center RBT/Behavior Technicians in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania

At So Love Autistic Center, our behavior therapists are professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All behavior therapists are continually supervised by a BCBA/LBS weekly and engage in behavior analytic professional development activities. Behavior therapists are responsible for directly implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA/LBS. The behavior therapists may also collect data and conduct specific assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments) under BCBA/LBS supervision. The behavior therapist is not responsible for designing interventions, conducting in-depth assessments, or developing skill acquis ion or behavior reduction plans. It is the responsibility of the designated BCBA/LBS supervisor of the behavior therapists to determine which tasks a behavior therapist may perform as a function of their training, experience, and competence. The designated BCBA/LBS supervisor is ultimately responsible for the work performed by the Behavior Therapists.
