Ann's Professional Home Care is an expanding Pennsylvania privately owned and operated home care company. We are committed to providing exceptional quality and comprehensive non-medical care to those in and around the entire Philadelphia, PA region.
This is an exciting time to join APHC! We are actively seeking Care Professionals to provide direct care services in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. As a Care Professional, you have the ability to make a difference in the lives of others. In this position, you are responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being. Join our dedicated team of care professionals where we provide quality and consistent care.
Prior Experience is a plus however, not necessary. The positions are for experienced as well as entry-level persons. Training will be provided.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation.
- Must be punctual and provide consistent care
- Must be able to remain calm in difficult or unusual circumstances.
- Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Must be compassionate and work with tact and ethical awareness.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- Evidence of a current negative (TB) Test or Quantferion Gold blood test
- Must Clear Criminal Background Check
- Must have FBI Fingerprints Clearance (for out-of-state residents)
- Must provide 4 references: 2 professional & 2 personal (no relatives)
