We are seeking a highly motivated Change Management and Communications Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of change management principles.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is dependent on the business preferences and your location, potentially requiring your on-site presence on occasion at a Prudential office.

What you can expect: (Efforts include, but not limited to)  * Implement Change Management Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder assessments, communication plans, training, and support mechanisms.  * Communication Planning and Execution: Craft clear, compelling, and consistent messages across various channels to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.  * Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.  * Training and Support: Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning and development to support employees through transitions, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge.  * Monitor and Report: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.  * Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance points, developing strategies to address and mitigate these issues.  * Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, senior leadership, and other departments to align change initiatives with organizational goals and ensure cohesive execution.

What you'll need:  * 2-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  * Proven ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies.  * Experience with stakeholder analysis and engagement.  * Ability to develop and deliver training programs.  * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and change management software tools.  * Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, strategic thinking abilities  * Proven results orientation, excellent relationship building skills, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals

It'd be a plus if you had:  * Certifications: Prosci or other change management certification preferred.  * Minimum 10 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. 

Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
