What you'll do: * Copado DevOps Platform and Source Control - Actively manage and configure our Copado platform to ensure it is operational and meets our needs. You'll identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices to ensure robust and redundant systems. * Security Collaboration: Work closely with Application Security and the Salesforce Development teams to develop comprehensive security practices that safeguard our data and code right from the start of the development process. * Empowerment through Automation: Evaluate and refine our tools and processes to enable our teams to be self-sufficient, fostering flexibility and continuity across all environments. * Innovative Solutions: Engage in collaborative problem-solving to meet technical challenges, roadmap future solutions, and continuously raise the bar for Salesforce operational excellence. * Team Success: Work closely with the development team to facilitate the promotion of code changes, using Copado's capabilities to automate and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective DevOps solutions within Copado.
