PLURALSIGHT, LLC Director of B2C Product Marketing in DRAPER, Utah

Job Description: Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, this person be responsible for the strategic direction and execution for the B2C and SMB Product Marketing function. This position will oversee the development of comprehensive product and feature go-to-market strategies, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and marketing optimization of the in-app customer journey to drive usage and stickiness. This role will collaborate closely with Product and Analytics teams to understand the roadmap enhancements and leverage insights to create memorable experiences and improve the customer experience to drive revenue growth.

What you'll do: * Develop persona-led comprehensive go-to-market strategies to deliver value proposition, positioning, and channels for optimal promotion. * Model customer focus as a player coach by deeply understanding the core customer, keeping VoC top of mind for all strategies and evangelizing the experience for customers across the organization. * Partner regularly with Product to understand and influence the product roadmap upcoming launches and improvements that impact the customer experience. * Be a key contributor and collaborator to the in-app customer experience, identifying current state and making continual optimizations to create a frictionless customer experience. * Partner with Product on messaging and strategy in-app triggered communications (email, push, SMS, pop ups, etc.). * Work closely with the core marketing teams - Creative, Site and Optimization, Media, Martech and Ops and External Communications - to ensure GTM strategies fall in line within integrated campaigns.

Experience you'll bring: * Two or more (2+) years leading teams. * Three or more (3+) years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. * Experience targeting enterprise tech leaders.

Requirements: * 10+ years in consumer performance marketing experience * A successful track record in building consumer product strategies and able to operationalize them through custom integrated planning and executions. * An extraordinarily strategic problem solver and communicator with an inquisitive mind that enjoys being both in the details and at a high level. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives. * Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, using interpersonal relationships and working flexibly across departments as well as lead internal and external partners in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. * Creative thinking and innovation approach, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous improvement. * Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
