If you feel that your skills would be a valuable asset to our customers, then we want to get to know you!  What We Offer * Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Paid Training * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Health and wellness * Flexible Work Schedule * Saturday Lunches * Discounts on products and services Technician Specific Benefits * State-of-the-art, brand new facility with  air-conditioned and cutting edge technology (collision center only) * Shop equipped with the newest technology and equipment * Uniforms provided * Discounts on products and services * Work environment OSHA certified to current Air Quality Standards * Highly productive shop * Career advancement opportunities, promote from within * ASE and state inspection certification reimbursement and all training expenses paid to further your career * Continued education, manufacturer hands on and web based training * Clean and professional work environment * Competitive wages *   Responsibilities * Identify and determine parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Managers estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add ons. * Adjust, replace, and repair all series of truck and trailer equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of truck cab body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.). * Road test vehicles when necessary. * Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills including truck manufacturer’s repair process. * Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. * Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs. * Advise body shop estimator of additional damage or supplemental needs or if repairs will not be completed on time. * Road test vehicles to ensure quality repair. * Supervise work of any apprentice technicians. * Maintain ASE certifications. Qualifications * Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus. OR must be willing to learn/train * Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications  * Damage Analysis and Estimating Certification for Collision Repair  * Mechanical and Electrical Components Certification for Collision Repair  * Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair Certification for Collision Repair  * State Vehicle Inspector Certification * Certifications listed above or equivalent experience
