Hillcrest Garden Center is Dover's full-service garden center, providing landscaping design & installation services at an affordable price and a gift shop, featuring quality products & the largest Christmas Shop in the area.
Job Description: Will oversee landscape crew for expanding landscape company. Will install hardscaping & landscaping per drawings & conversations; in addition to being able to manage a small group of employees.
Details: Hours will range from 40-60 hours per week, Monday thru Saturday; 1st Shift. Wage is $12 to $20 per hour, based on experience, skills & abilities. No benefits.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have a HS diploma/equivalent, have a minimum of 1-year related experience, have plant knowledge, good communication skills, possess a valid driver's license & be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. Must be willing to work overtime.
