Primary Function

The Business Analyst will serve as a support role for a Marketing Cloud Implementation project.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in tracking tasks and key deliverables to ensure the project is delivered on time.

  • Work with business partners and key stakeholders to gather business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories for the backlog.

  • Support the Product Owner(s) in managing the backlog.

  • Take notes for all meetings and maintain meeting note library.

  • Put together leadership decks and presentations.

  • Assist with documentation and formalizing findings into decks/documentation across workstreams.

  • Participate in UAT testing before releases.

  • Play a critical role in change management for new functionality including creating user guides and training materials based on solution documentation and assist with training.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Project management experience

  • Agile experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud preferred

  • Mar Tech experience preferred

  • Strong PowerPoint skills required

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
