Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and tend machines
- Confirm specifications by measuring
- Inspect product for quality standards or damages
- Set stops on machine beds, change dies and adjust components when necessary
- Record operational data and complete required paperwork
- Test and adjust machine speeds or actions
- Read work orders and production schedules to ensure completion in an efficient and timely manner
- Troubleshoot, clean, and repair machines regularly or call for repairs to be made
- Work with team to meet company deadlines, quotas, and goals
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with health hand safety regulations and always wear protective gear
