What are your contributions to the team?

  • You will be responsible of the overall Aircraft readiness monitoring in the weeks leading to the start of customer deliveries. You will work very closely with operation management and shop floor employees to maintain the latest status of the aircraft, technical issues, schedule changes…

  • You will act as a primary point of contact with our customers during the presentation, and final delivery of the aircraft interior and exterior completion. These responsibilities include participation in customer acceptance flight activities, exterior paint & mechanical inspections as well as interior completion review.

  • You will be expected to liaise with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to Interior Design, Production, Quality and Project Management to ensure that all Completion Definition Package specifications are consistent with the aircraft build ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

  • You will regularly interact with operations management to ensure the delivery plan of the Aircraft is in line with Customer requirements and that specific customer requirement as objectively verbalized to the shop floor.

  • You will ensure that all technical deliverables and equipment are ready and available for customer review.

  • You will occasionally participate and/or coordinate sales support visit by making production Aircraft available and presentable to prospective buyers.

  • You will review and analyze Aircraft discrepancies and communicate/recommend corrective actions for the future.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You possess a College diploma in an aviation related field of study.

  • You have a minimum of seven (7) years related experience in business or commercial aviation.

  • You have a minimum of two (2) years related experience in a customer facing role.

  • You have excellent organizational and planning skills. You have good project management skills and you can set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.

  • You can understand complex technical issues and possess the capacity to explain the resolution of these issues.

  • You have exceptional communication skills; you can communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor to board room level. You are equally able to communicate to all levels of our customer and customer representative organizations including but not limited to world leaders, high net worth individuals, flight crew, maintenance and technical personnel.

  • You are an eloquent and persuasive speaker with strong presentation skills and command an appropriate presence in any situation or negotiation.

  • You have strong customer orientation.

  • You will be expected to be a team player, as well as being a leader within the delivery team.

  • You are fluent in both French and English (written and spoken). Other languages would be an asset.

  • You can support a flexible work environment, are comfortable participating in flight activities and occasional travel
