What You'll Do:

• Is involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process control including designing, documenting, and training to a playbook of standards.

• Participate in the implementation of cost cutting projects that focus on lean principles.

• Provide support to new product pilots for product launches and new raw material component validations.

• Identifies and proposes process and quality improvements.

• Support plants for integration and maintenance of new technologies by providing process engineering expertise and working knowledge of manufacturing best practices.

• Create project timelines, financial analysis, and decision matrices for process engineering projects.

• Supports engineering and facility capital improvement projects to create cost reductions, quality, safety, and workflow improvements to advance innovation in production technologies.

• Partners with key stakeholders to sustain momentum and enable full realization of initiative goals and objectives.

How You'll Do It:

• Engineering and financial acumen with manufacturing experience across a large multi-facility network.

• Must have strong problem solving and influencing skills with an execution and change management mindset.

• Strong project and management skills along with capabilities.

• Demonstrate results and align resources/priorities/actions to strategic and operational priorities

• Exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to navigate and build strong sustainable relationships and the capability to collaborate across all departments within the organization.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent discipline

• Minimum of 1-5 years in a manufacturing, process, or quality role

• Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
