Description In this role, you will be handling financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. How you will make an impact

• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

• Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner

• Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

• Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests

• Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

• Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external

• Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives

• Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations Requirements - Strong communication and social skills

• Prior work done in public accounting is desired

• Solid understanding of Fixed Asset Accounting

• Prepaids experience preferred

• Current and relevant ERP system experience

• Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

• Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

• Distinguished analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Skilled at time management

• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

• Ability to meet deadlines

• 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
