Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in Doral, Florida. This role is pivotal to our operations, focusing on the management of import and export activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your technical skills with business systems and ERP solutions will be crucial to your success, as well as your ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all import and export logistics, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

• Utilize business systems and ERP Solutions to efficiently manage logistics processes

• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries promptly

• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Leverage knowledge of customs regulations to assist with logistical challenges

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded

• Use Cargowise software for efficient logistics coordination

• Utilize 'About Time' system for efficient time management and scheduling

• Ensure customer service excellence, resolving any issues promptly and professionally

• Continuously improve logistical processes and systems, leveraging skills in ERP Solutions. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Business Systems

• Familiarity with Cargowise is required

• Must have experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential

• Experience with ERP Solutions is necessary

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is beneficial

• Able to handle Billing Functions efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills are crucial

• Must have a strong background in Customer Service

• Previous experience with Customs procedures is a plus.
