Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator. The role is based in Doral, Florida, with a primary focus on coordinating shipments across air, sea, and land. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling client interactions, and managing documentation related to freight forwarding and imports.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee shipments through air, sea, and land to ensure timely delivery.

• Liaise with clients, providing front-facing customer service and addressing their inquiries effectively.

• Utilize CRM and ERP solutions to manage customer records and monitor customer accounts.

• Leverage 'Cargowise' and 'About Time' business systems for efficient logistics coordination.

• Handle import and freight forwarding tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Oversee the clearing of documents related to shipments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform billing functions accurately, ensuring all charges related to shipments are accounted for.

• Utilize excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and procedures, mitigating any potential risks or delays. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Systems

• Experience with Cargowise and CRM software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills

• Exceptional Customer Service abilities

• Understanding of Customs regulations

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

• Self-motivated and ability to work independently when required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
