Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, processing transactions and maintaining comprehensive records of all activities in a timely and highly accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure all customers remain within their agreed payment terms.

• Process invoices and credit notes, post payments and reconcile customer accounts.

• Evaluate and reconcile all customers' balances and ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes.

• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

• Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits.

• Assist in setting up new customer accounts.

• Develop process improvements to enhance the accounts receivable function.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or related field.

• Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant accounting software.

• Exceptional ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
