Job Overview:

OME Dredging and Trenching Manger L 9

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Dredging philosophy for all McDermott projects and tenders in the Middle East

  • Estimate cost and schedule for all Dredging tenders of McDermott in the Middle East

  • Delivery of Dredging activities within cost and schedule for all offshore projects in the Middle

  • Manage all documentation life cycles for all McDermott dredging projects in the Middle East from start till client approval.

  • Manage McDermott Middle East dredging subcontractors or develop in-house solutions.

  • Create synergy between McDermott projects to drive cost reduction.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree in HR/Business Administration

  • 10 years and above experience in crewing and project logistics

  • Knowledge of OPITO, OHSAS, and STCW regulations.

  • Knowledge of various standards relating to critical crafts such as APIRP2D, BS 7121 PART 11, CISRS, HACCP, LOLER, and PUWER

  • Knowledge of International travel and immigration norms

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Experience 10-15 years’ experience in tier-1 Dredging contractors executing dredging operations for offshore pipelines projects in NOC companies (Aramco, ADNOC, QG, NOC, etc.)
