Hyatt Chef de Partie in DOHA, Qatar
Description:
Exciting opportunity in Doha, Qatar for young, talented and passionate individual. The right candidate would be in charge of Garnish and/or Cold Section for preparation of hot starters and main course.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role on Garnish and/or Cold Section with excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and modern processes such as fermentation and sous vide
Ability to multitask with good time management and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices with experience in European cuisine
Culinary school diploma or qualification from a culinary school
At least 3 - 4 years of experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel, or a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
