SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Intern will administratively support the sales team with fleet customers. This role will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining sales data, and other administrative duties.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain weekly status reports monitoring fleet customer orders.

• Serve as the contact person for the Sales team to assist with the process of forecasting orders through shipment of orders.

• Communicate with Sales team regarding timing of orders.

• Assist with monthly and annual sales forecasting.

• Assist sales operations team with database management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business related field for the entire duration of the internship.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• GPA of 3.0 or greater

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
