Job Description

For our Structural Heart Division, we are recruiting a Product Manager EMEA to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Active member of the EMEA Marketing Team

  • Operational plan achievement (revenue, market share, milestones)

  • Development, implementation and tracking of marketing programs from concept to completion, using metrics to drive success and continuous improvement

  • Effective roll-out of product launches in collaboration with various stakeholders like global marketing, education, clinical, commercial excellence as well as country sales and marketing

  • Differentiation and Value Creation toward competition / competitive therapies

  • Working in close cooperation with countries/regions to ensure optimal communication, implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives

  • Creating meaningful selling tools with clear objectives for targeting, implementation, and tracking

  • Drive market development activities through establishment of best practices and development of tools to raise awareness of the benefits of assigned therapies

  • Ensure alignment with Business Unit objectives and programs

  • Help to frame educational modules in collaboration with education team

  • Work with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategies

  • Build strong relationships with leading KOL’s around EMEA

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products and provide input to (upstream) global marketing team

Your Profile:

  • University Degree (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years related sales and marketing experience

  • Medical devices industry

  • Multinational companies experience

  • International marketing experience

  • Fluency in English (any additional language is an asset)

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail

  • Analytical, creative and operational marketing skills

  • Understanding cardiac products and their therapies

  • Understanding of European sales environment and local market conditions

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills
