The purpose of this position is to provide loan support to commercial and agricultural lenders, ensuring all files have proper documentation as well as making every effort to strengthen and build relationships by providing the best customer experience.

  • Understanding the banks policy, procedures as well as, department procedures, programs and systems.

  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently organize work assignments along with being a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide loan support to assigned agricultural and business banking officers.

  • Prepare all required loan documentation, computer input, loan file comments, tracking and follow-up necessary to complete each credit file.

  • Meet and assist customers in banking needs, inquiries, and problem resolution to assure the customer receives high quality service.

  • Process paid off loans by cancelling insurances, recordings and returning documentation.

  • Process loan payments, disbursements, floor plan transactions, and maintain accurate customer account records.

  • Assist loan officers with collateral tracking with phone calls and letters to customers.

  • Handle telephone correspondence and process routine paperwork to support the loan functions of the bank.

  • Follow and understand bank’s established loan policies and procedures and provide feedback as to changes needed.

  • Must be a self-starter, readily accept responsibility and work assignments. Must be accurate, have the ability to prioritize and efficiently organize work assignments, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and promote teamwork.

  • Must be able to learn new job tasks and offer suggestions on how to improve overall performance with existing job tasks/assignments.

  • Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people. Display honesty, integrity, and morality.

  • Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.

  • Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.

  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

  • Keep abreast of current industry trends, new programs, and regulations through continued education and training.

  • Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent with a two-year associate degree required; or a four-year degree in business or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 1-3 years bank experience or previous administrative experience. OR An acceptable combination of education and experience.

  • Skills/certifications: Self-starter, accuracy, positive attitude, team player, time management, customer service
