Technical Sales Support Professional – Siemens Industrial Ltd., Dhaka Bangladesh

The incumbent would be responsible to support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales (execution) activities for MV & LV products in Bangladesh. The incumbent must be a Bangladeshi national.

How do you craft the future through your incredible sales experience?

  1. You will be preparing or support in preparing design documentation including single line diagrams, product selection & technical descriptions, bill of materials preparation and preliminary configuration of products/systems. You will also support sales during tender & offer preparation, product selection, system configuration and other pre-sales activities as well as further technical and commercial support requirements.

  2. You will be the direct point of contact for customers and franchise partner’s sales team for pre & post-sales support to resolve on-site problems on configuration, commissioning etc. and conduct training for the franchise partners.

  3. Ensuring necessary collaboration with product managers, execution team and factory engineering to optimize Siemens technical and commercial offer is a major responsibility

  4. You need to prepare the cost calculations, do commercial risk assessments & quantification, coordinate with commercial partners and complete offers in cooperation with sales.

  5. You will support the sales team in customer care initiatives, organize presentations and events as required, maintain CRM with relevant stakeholders (e.g. electrical /MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors).

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.

  • You bring more than 3-5 years of experience in Low and Medium Voltage system related sales and business development role with hands-on experience in designing of LV & MV panels.

  • Well-versed with Office365 tools, MS Project and MS Office suit.

  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English with good networking skills to deal with internal/external and international stakeholders.

  • Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving approach.
