As Vice President, Revenue Operations, you’ll lead all operational functions across our super powerful banker force. You’ll drive efficiency and strategy for our core banking teams through high level communication and prioritization across several areas, including lead allocation, workforce planning and technology. You’ll maintain strong working relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer, Channel Revenue Officers, banking leadership and various other business areas, such as Marketing, to align strategies and create cohesive direction and momentum.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement lead flow strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.

  • Oversee the management of lead databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.

  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline sales processes, improve data quality, and enhance sales productivity.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve lead quality.

  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify trends, optimize sales performance, and inform strategic decisions. Build robust reporting and dashboards to track key metrics.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales team members to understand their needs and optimize lead distribution processes.

  • Oversee operations performance, team member productivity, and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to optimize workforce management and reduce costs.

  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to align staffing levels with business objectives. Optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiency.

  • Build and develop a high-performing revenue operations team. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales logistics team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead management and sales operations.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree and/or designation preferred.

  • 10 years of experience in revenue operations, with a focus on lead management and distribution.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective lead management strategies, (prospect grading and routing to lead conversion)

  • Deep understanding of data analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and requirements to build data models

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, management and call center dynamics.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
