Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Property Accountant. This Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

What you get to do every single day

• Assemble income statement and balance sheet analyses monthly for management reporting

• Report on a variety of financial data after analyzing and coordinating

• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages

• Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

• Maintain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation

• Manage capital lease and monthly payment schedules

• Put together intricate journal entries and account reconciliations Requirements - Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required

• Experience with industry specific accounting software

• Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular

• Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred

• Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
