R1 RCM Sr. Follow Up Manager in Detroit, Michigan

As our Sr. Follow-up Manager, you will help provide analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process by identifying workflow issues and providing solutions. Everyday you will discern client problems and communicate/escalate root cause issues to appropriate parties. To thrive you must have experience managing AR Follow Up & Denial Operations.

Responsibilities:

•Articulate client performance stories across an executive suite, both internal and external.

• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently

• Put together client facing presentations

• Oversee the team performance and oversight of supervisor and lead responsibilities/expectations and monitoring KPIs

• Analyze trends across charges, chart types, payments, credits, payers, providers

• Develop action plans, runs point on client escalations

• Build and oversees internal operational and external client reports

• Monitor the inventory and production metrics to assess FTE requirements.

• Propose strategic client business opportunities for upsells and/or business development

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Follow-Up & Billing

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Experienced leading and managing employees.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $71,930.00 - $109,236.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
