JLL Property Administrator in Detroit, Michigan
Property Administrator (Property Management) for a group of commercial (office and industrial) properties in the Metro Detroit Area. This position will require experience necessary to fulfill the obligations of the job including:
- Property Budgeting\ - Monthly reporting of property financials and operating issues\ - Vendor bidding and management\ - Oversight of JLL Maintenance Technicians (Engineering team)\ - Client relationship\ - Tenant Relationships\ - Accounts payable entry and tracking
Multiple property oversight - need reliable personal transportation. Work from home or Ann Arbor office.
The PA is responsible for working directly with the General Manager and client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans and operating and capital budgets. Once developed, the PA must oversee the implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating the efforts of the property team (e.g. leasing specialists, vendors, contractors, and building employees).\ The PA is responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of theproperty team, includingvendors, and ensuring 100% compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle IPMP process. Additionally, the PA is responsible for representing JLL in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote JLL\'s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.
