Our client is a highly regarded Michigan law firm seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Attorney (5+ years of experience) to join the firm’s dynamic litigation. In this role, you will:

• Champion a variety of clients: Advocate zealously for municipalities, employers, and healthcare providers in a variety of high-stakes litigation matters.

• Navigate the municipal landscape: Advise on complex legal issues facing municipalities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Protect workplaces: Represent employers in employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and breach of contract claims.

• Fight for patient safety: Handle medical malpractice cases, ensuring fair outcomes for healthcare providers and protecting their reputations.

• Master of the courtroom: Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, possessing exceptional deposition and trial skills.

• Lead with strategic thinking: Develop effective litigation strategies, manage discovery processes efficiently, and work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

• Be a team player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across practice areas, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The firm is seeking someone who:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong track record of success in municipal law, employment litigation, and medical malpractice.

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of relevant legal principles and a keen eye for detail.

• Is a skilled legal writer and communicator, with the ability to craft persuasive legal documents and arguments.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple cases efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Possesses excellent client service skills, providing clear communication and building strong relationships with clients.

• Is a confident and persuasive advocate, comfortable representing clients in all stages of litigation.
