In search of two CNC maintenance technicians to monitor CNC production. This individual is responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves

1) 3+ Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v a) understanding of servo motors and how they operate, ability to repair, replace, and maintain b) manipulating program within the CNC machine c) circuits, relays, switches, motors, panels, fuses and fuse boxes d) AC/DC motor repair and replacement e) Sensor replacement and repair

2) 3+ Mechanical troubleshooting a) CNC related mechanical repairs b) CNC tooling, offsets, set ups c) replacement and repair of in CNC washers d) maintenance involving coolant replacement and valve changes

2nd and 3rd shift opportunity

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd shift: 11:00am-7:00am

.75 premium for 3rd shift

$1 premium for 2nd shift

6-7 days per week, working to get weekly schedule back down to 5-6 days
