You’ll focus on aligning client data strategies to their business strategy. You will assist clients in choosing a platform, defining their data needs and migrating them to a modern cloud data environment using cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks or Teradata.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Working experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management or Asset Servicing sector(s);

  • Demonstrating experience working with wealth management enterprises on diverse sets of strategic and operational issues;

  • Building solutions for front, middle and back office processes across retail/ intermediary / private banking wealth operations and critical services, including digital transformation, process optimization, operating model design;

  • Working with major wealth & brokerage platforms such as Broadridge, Refinitiv; custodians - Pershing, National Financial; and/or investment platforms - FNZ, Temenos, Envestnet or similar;

  • Demonstrating experience with or advanced understanding with modern cloud data warehouse and engineering for one or more of the following cloud providers - Azure (Synapse, Dynamo, Cosmos, Azure ML, Power BI), AWS (Redshift, Sagemaker), GCP (BigQuery, Vertex, Cognitive Services), Snowflake, Tableau;

  • Leading multiple engagements to design and develop modern data warehouse solutions using data modeling techniques such as file based, normalized or denormalized, star schemas, schema on read, Vault data model, and graphs for mixed workloads, such as OLTP, OLAP, streaming using any formats (structured, semi-structured, unstructured);

  • Providing thought leadership and proven experience developing file and object-based storage solutions, such as Azure ADLS 2.0 or AWS S3, creating analytics and insights solutions using Redshift, Azure SQL Pools, Snowflake, PySpark dataframes and/or equivalent technologies;

  • Designing and developing advanced analytics solutions, AI/ML models, and operationalizing based on ML Ops process;

  • Architecting and designing data implementation patterns and engineered solutions using native cloud capabilities that span data ingestion & integration (ingress and egress), data storage (raw & cleansed), data prep & processing, master & reference data management, data virtualization & semantic layer, data consumption & visualization;

  • Understanding of cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimization, client’s strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to becoming a ‘data driven’ organization;

  • Guiding the application of leading practices in supporting high availability, scalable, process and storage intensive solutions architectures to data integration/migration, analytics and insights, AI and ML requirements;

  • Guiding and reviewing detailed functional and technical specification documentation related to cloud data warehouse solution;

  • Understanding or knowledge in SQL, report generation using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, programming using Python/Spark; and,

  • Leading data warehouse team and leads in creation of cloud data warehouse plans, roadmap, success metrics, and assessment of client’s enterprise (on-premise and on-cloud) data systems.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating prior Big 4 or proven consulting experience in strategy through execution projects is a plus;

  • Leading and working with large Cloud Data Platform, Cloud Data migration or Enterprise Information Management programs;

  • Creating robust relationships with business stakeholders and ability to act as a trusted advisor to client leaders;

  • Providing a proven collaboration and teaming approach;

  • Demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving methods and skills;

  • Using appropriate facilitation techniques to gain agreement or move others to action;

  • Supporting and leading the development of digital accelerators and repeatable solutions;

  • Supporting business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations; and,

  • Leading business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations.
