Job Description SummaryAAM's Early Career Rotational Program's mission is to provide well-trained and prepared associates for key positions and leadership roles. AAM's Early Career Rotational Program offers a unique opportunity for structured growth and training. As an Early Career Rotational associate, you will be introduced to our environment and be provided an opportunity to receive both classroom and on-the-job experience during an 18-month rotational training development program. You will participate in three 6-month rotational assignments crafted to enhance your knowledge and performance in your target position. Meanwhile, you will participate in networking events with exposure to AAM leaders and mentors. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be well on your way to a meaningful, fulfilling career with AAM.
Job Description Our Associate Systems Engineer - Rotational position will join the rapidly growing team of motivated Systems Engineers at AAM developing the industry's state of the art driveline products! Upon completion of the program, the successful candidate will work in a team environment to take our customer's vision and turn it into products using proven industry system engineering tools and processes. Our projects are highly complex and require strategic direction, cross-disciplinary integration and testing, and ingenuity of approach. Our System Engineers are also our front line, driving engineering-oriented problem solving into our development.
This program begins June, 2024.
Required Skills and Education We are currently in the selection phase for the June, 2024-2025 year and are looking for outstanding candidates with the following qualifications: Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related degree within 12 months prior to June, 2024 start date, GPA 3.0 or higher Experience in leadership roles (e.g. school teams, volunteerism, community) Ability to be geographically mobile during and after the program A passion to pursue a career in automotive /manufacturing Legally authorized to work in the United States
