Job Description

Project Goal: Management of large scale HR projects & Employee engagement (sending out surverys etc.); i9 Guardian cleanup & i9 verification/tracking / Management of large scale HR projects & Employee engagement (sending out surverys etc.)

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of project management (preferable HR PM) experience

Agile methodology experience

Senior PM background with strong communication skills and ability to report out project status (weekly program status meeting)

-Physical Safety - Physical security badging system implementation or experience with communications about change management (Corporate communications)

-Governance about internal mass communication (Data and governance focused over technical implementation background)

-Highly polished/experience interfacing with senior leaders

Experience working on emergency mass notification system projects (Everbridge, OnSolve, Pocketstop, AlertMedia, Singlewire Software, etc.) - more of a plus * Familiarity with managing HR projects while maintaining technical project background/understanding

* Experience entering project plans into a system (ServiceNow is used by this client; previous experience with SNOW is a plus)

* Experience with an Agile methodology

* Senior PM background with strong communication skills and ability to report out project status (weekly program status meeting)

* Understand the technical details and report details out to executives.

* Familiarity with high visibility projects / ability and confidence to report to leadership at VP level and to the CTO and Chief Administrative Officer

* Strong liasoning experience within an organization between teams null
