Description We are in the process of expanding our team in Des Moines, Iowa, with a Security Network Engineer. This role involves securing our network architecture, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring all security measures are incorporated from the design phase through to implementation. As a Security Network Engineer, you will also play a pivotal role in managing vendor security, risk management, identity and access management, and incident response.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust data protection strategies for vendor contracts.

• Oversee IT operations to mitigate risk and act as the primary contact during audits.

• Improve identity and access management practices, stepping in as a backup when necessary.

• Formulate response strategies for security incidents and provide expert assistance during such incidents.

• Collaboratively work with other teams across the organization to ensure integrated security measures.

• Secure the network architecture of the organization.

• Ensure a secure environment in compliance with industry practices and regulatory requirements.

• Effectively communicate technical information to various business units.

• Manage firewall deployment and security.

• Maintain a high level of cybersecurity compliance across all IT operations. Requirements • Proven experience in IT security management is essential.

• Must possess an in-depth understanding of firewall technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in firewall deployment is needed.

• Proficient knowledge of firewall security is required.
