Iron Mountain Proposal Management - Summer 2023 Intern in Des Moines, Iowa

During the internship, you will align with the Iron Mountain proposal management team to create content for our sales proposals. You will understand the business from a solution perspective to better write and edit content that is customer facing.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities as an Intern in a Proposal Management role at Iron Mountain may include:
Working alongside the Proposal Manager as well as the Content Manager
Writing new and editing existing proposal content within RFPIO, including assigning appropriate tags and keywords
Identifying and working with Subject Matter Experts to create content
Coordinating translation of content pairs into multiple languages using the translation tool
Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:
Education Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained by July 2024
Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
Pursuing a degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, or similar field
Requirement:
Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date of May 22, 2023
