Job Description
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team and customer. This is a client-facing role focused on providing technical knowledge and expertise of the Oracle Health HealtheIntent platform, including integration points between solutions, data onboarding, and identity management
Responsibilities
Oracle Health is seeking a Consulting HealthNetwork/Population Health Platform Architect
The Platform Architect will be in charge of the following: Cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives. Partner with engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed. Support consistency in design delivery across clients and assist in matching data sources to design requirements. Guide project teams in translating workflows to technical requirements. Lead client discussions around identity management strategies and data and platform security. Provide platform, solution, and troubleshooting expertise and drive data quality in client environments.
Basic Understanding of:
Identity management strategies
SQL data models and performing basic queries
Implementation and integration strategies
Cut over and go-live activities
Working Experience in:
Identifying issues and defects as well as, managing risks
Using best practice to escalate issues as needed
Developing and managing plans, tasks, and activities for assigned clients
Preferred Knowledge in:
Population Health
Experience with communicating with C Suite as well as internal and external stakeholders
Experience using RESTful API's
Strong communication (written and verbal), managing ongoing client relationships, and subject matter expert
Strong analytical skills
To be self-directed and motivated
Travel: Up to 50%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
