What Data & Analytics Management contributes to Cardinal Health

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Data & Analytics Management provides strategic oversight, leadership and direction within the Quality organization.

Summary

The Quality Data Analytics Manager is responsible for providing quality metrics to the entire Medical Device organization. This includes developing automated data collection options, building appropriate data dashboards to support stakeholder needs, leading a team of data analysts, and conducting initial data analysis on metrics reports.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust global metrics program to support the GMPD business

  • Provide strategic oversight, leadership and direction to direct reports within the Quality function

  • Manage, develop, train and guide direct reports and extended staff to achieve quality goal and maintain compliance.

  • Develop dashboards and trending programs to identify and drive improvement opportunities for GMPD

  • Partner with internal customers to ensure the data analytics are meaningful and actionable to ensure compliance across the organization

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Strong presentation skills and effective communicator

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Power BI highly preferred

  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% as needed

Anticipated salary range: $103,500-$155,295
