KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, End User Computing to join our Digital Nexus organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, gain efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience; manage and maintain the systems and processes that enable management & security on the endpoints
Act as point of escalation for Level 3 support and major incidents, working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Interface with internal customers to provide support, training, and technical expertise for services provided and identify emerging technologies that may be applicable to the business
Review metrics associated to services provided and drive continual service improvements regardless of where the technology components, skills, or processes reside
Maintain documentation, including operational procedures, knowledge articles, user reference guides, and project plans
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience working with onshore and offshore business units using exceptional customer service skills to meet project deliverables with minimal disruption
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Enterprise experience with Microsoft Intune supporting the management of physical device and persistent Azure Virtual Desktop based Windows 10/11 Multisession virtual machines in a large-scale global enterprise environment; this includes application packaging and deployment of Win32 based applications using Intune, development of conditional access, application management, application protection, and compliance policies along with custom report development including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Graph API's and Power BI
Experience is also required with SCCM/Intune co-management, MBAM/BitLocker, Azure, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Azure Ad Join, and Azure AD Self-Service Password Reset along with Windows Hello for Business, Group Policies, Configuration Service Profiles, Microsoft Defender for Business, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), PowerShell scripting, user state/data migration using USMT, as well as SQL and Windows Server management and administration supporting related End User Computing management tools and the transition of those tools/workloads to cloud-based services
Strong understanding of various infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCIPIP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; exceptional trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; able to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

Seattle Salary Range: Low: $109100 - High: $206300
San Jose Salary Range: Low: $121000 - High: $228800
Albany Salary Range: Low: $99200 - High: $187500
