Robert Half Full-Time Contract Talent is HIRING!!! We are looking for some dynamic individuals to add to our teams across Des Moines!

As a Financial Analyst consultant, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their financial data, provide valuable insights, and offer strategic financial advice. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your analytical skills to drive financial excellence.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the financial health of clients' organizations.

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and key performance indicators.

  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making.

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance.

  • Communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and records.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial analysis and reporting.

  • Utilize financial software and tools to streamline data management processes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and provide regular updates.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay current with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices.

  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members and contribute to our firm's growth.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and consulting, preferably in a consulting firm or financial services environment.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel and financial software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
