Navient Director, Product Marketing - Remote, US in Des Moines, Iowa

The Director, Product Marketing position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

As the Director, Product Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.

  • Act as an extension of the product management organization, working closely with product teams to understand product features, benefits, and value propositions.

  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to coordinate product launches and ongoing promotion of key products and features

  • Bring a consumer-centric approach to product marketing, understanding and addressing the needs and preferences of our diverse consumer base.

  • Establish and lead a high-performing product marketing team to support the needs of a multi-product organization.

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a multi-product organization.

  • Be the nexus between product development and market success, driving initiatives that position our products for maximum impact.

  • Architect a cohesive and impactful product marketing function, driving growth through strategic initiatives

About You:

  • 10+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on multi-product organizations & B2C experience.

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product marketing teams.

  • Strong understanding of consumer markets in B2C

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies

Even Better:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in the Student Lending, Consumer Lending, FinTech, Tech and/or EdTech industries.

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary, determined primarily based on a candidate’s location. Earnest takes a market-based approach, categorizing U.S. locations into one of five zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.

$200,000—$255,000 USD
