Position Overview:

Trane Technologies - MTA, a leading company in the industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and compressed air treatment sector, is selecting a Sales Technician with extensive experience in B2B sales for its sales department in North Spain.

We are looking for a Sales Person with extensive experience in the industrial sector. The selected person will have a pragmatic approach in the field. We are looking for a proactive professional, capable of developing his/her region and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, developing the acquisition of new clients and the loyalty of existing ones to maintain a long-term business relationship

· Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.

· Represent the company at meetings and industry events.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial goals.

· Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.

· Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.

· Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.

  • Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.

  • Knowledge of technical solutions and installations for industrial processes is highly valued.

  • High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
