Ensures the efficient processing of all warranty claims within company and manufacturer guidelines; ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency is achieved, KPI’s are met, and strict adherence to all manufacturer and vendor policies and procedures is maintained.
Reviews all warranty discrepancies and charge backs with Service and Parts Managers, reconciles and resubmits rejected or underpaid claims, posts all credits and charge backs, and follows up on payments of outstanding claims.
Minimum Requirements of the position are:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years of warranty administration or dealership experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of warranty and dealership operations knowledge.
