PCB Piezotronics, Inc. Inventory Lead in Depew, New York
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Inventory Control Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including assisting inventory personnel with resolving issues, responding to emails, responding to containment requests, monitoring expired materials, and printing work orders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist inventory personnel with resolving issues and discrepancies in inventory records.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails regarding inventory-related inquiries.
Monitor and manage expired materials, ensuring timely disposal or replacement.
Print and distribute work orders as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory control policies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor inventory personnel to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Inventory control manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control or related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software/systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
