Description of Job
Supervises and oversees the daily operations of a designated team/employees within the Clerk's Office or court division.

Education and Experience Equivalency:
High School diploma or G.E.D.
OR
Additional relevant work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required formal education.
Work Related Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in court, legal, or administrative services.

Additional Comments:There are two vacant Court Supervisor I positions we would like to fill from this recruitment.
Each supervisor position will supervise 2-4 Judicial Clerk I-IIIs who work primarily in the Clerk's Office, focusing on Probate and Mental Health case types. These positions will also be responsible for training staff and implementing new processes. There is also possible opportunity for this position to participate on various statewide committees and meetings generally regarding Probate and Mental Health topics.
