Establishing relationship with premium network of channel sales and vendors; Coordinate meetings with city authorities, entitlement, and underwriting of new investments; Search for the most efficient structure to invest in the US real estate projects.; Coordinate the preparation of any regulatory reporting; Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting; Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 12 mos experience as Business Manager/Business Development Manager/Project Manager and Bach in Business Administration or Commercial Engineering required. Must have experience with valuation of real estate for the purpose of investment or attracting investors.
