Position summary:

Lead the technical administration for all natural gas transportation customer programs-- Residential and Commercial Choice Gas, Agricultural Choice Gas, Energy Options Program Transportation Service (EO) and Small-Volume Aggregation Programs. This will include being the front-line, customer-facing administrator for all transportation administration processes to include enrollments, reconciliations, imbalance resolution, invoicing, curtailment processes and capacity administration/release.

Pay Range:$69,350 - $104,000 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)

Reporting Relationship:Manager Transportation Customer Programs

Location:Denver, Colorado or Council Bluffs, Iowa

Essential Functions:

• Administer all transportation customer program activities on Company’s Electronic Bulletin Board—Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management (QPTM).

• Calculate and perform all seasonal and annual upstream pipeline capacity releases.

• Manage curtailment processes for transportation activity to include annual meetings to review with state Operations and Business Development teams.

• Ensure all transportation measurement processes are completed timely and running accurately, internally and with our upstream pipeline partners.

• Establish and maintain process documents for seasonal and annual administration processes.

• Create and maintain Business Objects and/or Power BI system reports for internal and external users.

• Maintain knowledge of the Company’s transportation tariffs for effective interaction with transport customers, marketers and suppliers.

• Administer volume reconciliation and imbalance procedures to comply with tariff requirements.

• Provide superior external customer service to program participants, to include troubleshooting enrollment, capacity, scheduling, measurement and billing issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide superior internal customer service to Choice Program Administration, Business Development, System Scheduling and Gas Supply teams to ensure seamless program operation.

• Provide QPTM user acceptance testing (UAT) support for software upgrades and enhancements.

• Provide system setup and training support to new or incoming program participants.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• 3-4 years of gas industry experience or other relevant experience in the utility industry preferably in gas measurement, gas scheduling, gas supply, transportation services, billing, and/or accounting is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, preference for advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work with a team, in an open office environment.

What Is Desired Or Can Be Taught:

• Knowledge of retail choice programs or other structured transportation programs is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or a related tool.

• Knowledge of the Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management (QPTM) or a similar system.

• Strong understanding of state regulatory and pipeline tariffs.
