How you will make a difference:

As part of the Global Operations team, this position assumes responsibility for defining structure and managing key internal processes ensuring they are efficiently and effectively executed as well as continuously partnering with cross functional operational leads to ensure flawless execution to the GTM Objectives.

The Product Operations team includes delivery the following:

Define and drive Product Creation Calendar & Process Management | Multi Season Overlap & Management | Milestone Execution | Stakeholder Management and Communication | Cross Functional Alignment & Resolution

How you will do it:

  • Implement strategic plans for assigned categories to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's growth objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define operational goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Define seasonal timing with cross-functional partners, in alignment with over-arching TNF process, to include seasonal inputs, team hindsight's, input/output for key milestones.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs/save time and increase productivity, aligned to RACI and TNF ways of working.

  • Implement best practices and standards to optimize operational processes across functions.

  • Work closely with other functional leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve issues.

  • Conduct regular analysis of operational data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, developing strategies to mitigate risk.

  • Implement processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Create standardized tools that enable the team to execute, e.g. GTM tools, and Milestone presentations. Partnership with Ops team to drive consistency, where feasible.

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adaption to new processes and systems.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization to increase efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for operational changes.

  • Provide leadership and drive clarity within operations team and with category teammates, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Direct planning efforts for events leading up to seasonal Milestone meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment

  • Coach and develop support teammate through training and performance feedback.

  • Support Director in cross-category initiatives.

What success looks like:

  • Define, build, execute and maintain complete and on-time deliverables, improving efficiencies & executing to brand goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in product or business operations management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.

  • Apparel, sporting goods or outdoor industry experience

  • 5+ years in a fast-paced matrix environment or a consulting/agency environment

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Business acumen: understanding of the product lifecycle & to think creatively, with high foresight & holistic strategic mindset

  • Excellent project management skills: efficient, organized and collaborative, able to keep track of multiple streams of work and accomplish work through others. Understanding of methodologies and tools.

  • Event management experience in directing and planning logistics and agenda setting for large events and the ability to gracefully execute and own their implementation

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to achieve goals through teammates

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Decision-making abilities aligned to business priorities.

  • Leadership qualities such as decisiveness, integrity, and resilience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as cross-functional team leadership, strategic planning, vendor management, design thinking

Hiring Range :

$116,640.00 USD - $145,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
