The North Face: Digital Personalization Manager (Americas)
As the Digital Personalization Manager you will join The North Face eCommerce team and partner cross functionally to improve site experience and performance for The North Face Americas business. This role will be a part of the consumer strategy and analytics team who is the key owner of understanding our consumers and actioning on how to best serve their needs.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Provide Quarterly Testing Roadmaps that help drive business results and help guide future consumer experiences
Design and build tests that help create better UX and help improve site KPI’s
Provide strong direction to development teams to ensure all testing tools are properly integrated and used to their full potential
Be the brands point of contact with key eComm team leads on personalization best practices and testing ideation
Manage all vendor relationships of all personalization partners
Partner with data analysts and consumer data teams to establish consumer segmentation strategies that best fit the brands needs
Provide support for testing programs for content and channel optimizations in partnership with marketing, content and merchandising teams
Direct Management of testing coordinator
Act as a liaison from the brand to the larger VF enterprise and sister brands, working in similar spaces.
Be a true expert in your field, with the technical knowledge necessary to ensure success.

Skills for Success
5+ years’ professional experience in Digital or eCommerce.
5+ years in a role leveraging A/B, Multivariate or CRO tools (Monetate & Optimizely preferred).
Being able to work with technical teams and developers to imagine, design and improve our ability to execute and scale personalization efforts
2+ Years Managing a team
Proven track record of driving outcomes via testing that improve customer journey and site experience for ecommerce website: Analytics Experience Required: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Content Square, Quantum Metrics
Ability to use data to tell stories and provide clear recommendations that improve site engagement and conversion
Content Management Systems experience: CoreMedia Preferred
Coding language experience with HTML and CSS preferred
Hands on Experience with other Key Platforms Jira, Medallia
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
Experience with consumer segmentation via CRM/CDP ideal.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver a consistently high standard of work—all while meeting deadlines.
Genuine passion for the outdoors a bonus

Hiring Range :
$112,320.00 USD - $140,400.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
