Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life-saving mission by supervising and supporting Donor Recruitment and Tele-recruitment in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday, days, hours typically 8-4:30pm MST, occasional weekends

Oversees rebooking and on-site conversion programs, coaches Donor Relation Specialist as needed to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required. Two years of related experience including minimum of o ne year supervisory experience required
