FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days - In the office 4 days per week, work from home 1 day per week.
Pay: $44.33 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary: The ideal candidate will be the team member responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and implementing new data streams to our existing Salesforce databases. Primary responsibility will be Datorama (aka Marketing Cloud Intelligence). Will have a strong background in database management, marketing analytics and the ability to translate complex data sets into visual displays that drive marketing success. Will work collaboratively with media buyers and social team to develop dashboards with actionable insights. Needs to have a solid understanding of the BI tools, Salesforce platforms, and marketing analytics. The candidate should be familiar with data sources, data warehouses, data models, data quality, data visualization, and data security. You should also be able to use SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages to manipulate and analyze data.
Leads and optimizes configuration, application, usage and data integration, management and movement within the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the Datorama aka (Marketing Cloud Intelligence) database and related data infrastructure to ensure data integrity, accuracy and proper visualization of marketing campaigns, ROI analysis, etc.
Utilize SQL, SOQL, and excel functions to arrange needed data streams, data configuration and calculations.
Gather, organize, and analyze robust marketing data within the Salesforce Datorama aka (Marketing Intelligence) BI tool.
Work closely with finance, IT, media buyers and social team in leveraging MarTech stack to develop reporting solutions.
Create queries, views, reports, and easy-to-consumption dashboards and/or visualizations.
Pull marketing performance data from data warehouses and data lakes and summarize into reporting platform.
Participates in the monitoring, evaluation and analysis of campaign metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, analyzing key areas of improvement (audience, acquisition, behavior, conversions)
Conduct quality assurance checks on data stream flows to ensure flawless execution.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Technical Skills/Experience:
Experience with data processing tools and platforms, SQL, Datorama/Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools.
Experience in Salesforce products.
SQL databases and database querying languages
Programming skills (if possible)
Data mining
Data visualization
Adept with MarTech stack systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Datorama (aka Marketing Cloud Intelligence), Google Analytics, and other media suite reporting tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills even when working against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Required Licensure/Certification: Salesforce certification.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience in marketing analytics. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or Snowflake, (preferably in Datorama (aka MCI), marketing analytics a related field.
