Better requires process discipline and simplification

You’ll be responsible for supporting a variety of teams, clients, and internal processes. We’ll look to you to proactively provide the necessary sales reporting and client support to allow our sales leadership the data they need to understand our revenue and opportunities across the United States and Canada. For this role, you’ll utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and Salesforce on a regular basis. In addition, you will work across the organization, building relationships, and providing input as to areas where our processes could be improved.

We need you to have 1-5 years of relevant experience with reporting. Again, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and Salesforce will be crucial for this role. You’ll want to have an appetite to learn, grow, and take part in a global organization. A bachelors degree is desired, though not strictly necessary.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,467.30– $87,146.42. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. The total compensation will also include a bonus structure that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
