Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Scrum Master
Location: Denver Metro Area
*Please note: This role is not eligiblefor remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metro Area and willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.

What You'll Do
Support the Slalom and client team using Scrum Master best practices
Help the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period)
Facilitate the daily standup/daily scrum and help the team reach a consensus
Help the team make progress by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks and help remove any obstacles to the team members' progress
What You'll Bring
3+ years Scrum Master experience
Strong Executive presence required
Local to Denver, ability to be onsite daily
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
