The Service Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer service for both residential and commercial clients. This individual will be responsible for communicating effectively with our service team and customers, ensuring service technicians are well-informed to perform their duties, and keeping customer portals updated. Responsibilities include creating service tickets, handling client calls, connecting with external sources through multiple systems, responding to online requests, and troubleshooting customer issues to uphold high service standards. Additionally, the role involves following up with customers on unpaid bills without engaging in collections.
